please help me in confirming that is form 15 CB required to be filled if i want to send money abroad to my brother as gift

08 April 2010 Certain payments do not require furinishing of certificate of form 15CB and gift is one of them. But there is a restriction on the amount of gift which you can send without the form which can be confirmed from ur banker.
