03 May 2011 Is form 12ba submitted with annual return filled by employee or it is only for employee information how much non-monetary benefit employee has availed during the year,if it is not compulsory to submit with annual returns then under which section/rules of income tax it is written that it is not required to be submitted with annual returns, only form 16 is compolsory to submit
Please help

03 May 2011 It is required for the purpose of valuation of perquisite and may be required by the assessing officer during the assessment proceedings.

At the time of filing Income Tax Return no document is required to be attached with the return, not even Form 16.

04 May 2011 Income tax returns has to be filed annexure less meaning thereby, no documents need to be attached with the return except ITR-7 (used for trusts). For details pl read CBDT Circular 6/2008 dated 18/07/2008.

04 May 2011 Dear sir,if our format of form 12ba does not match with format issued by income tax dept,Is there any problem?
please help
