i have quite my previous job on 28/1/2015, but now my new employer seeking the form 12A, i am confused who will give me that form 12A,


plz.solve my Query,

09 February 2015 it is not form 12A but form 12B that u need to obtain it from your previous employer.

It is assessee to prepare, sign and submit form 12B to the present employer. The then employer has no role on it. Please refer rule 26A(1) of the Income tax Rules,1962.
