Hai! this is anusha. i have query regarding form 112... my artcileship deed is made on 23/3/2015 and i have joined cs course on 14/2/2014.. now while submitting the form 112 do i need to pay 1000/- for condonation of delay and do i need to take attestion from icsi institute in form 112 even though its a correspondance course?? i request to to resovle my query and thanks for the suggestions in advance.

You need to submit form 112 within 30 days of Joining the Course or Articleship whichever is later. So no condonation of delay is required in the given case. Submit form 112 within 22/04/2015. No attestation of ICSI official is required. Just attach the copy of registration letter issued by ICSI. See below links--
