Dear Experts,
One of our customer transfered advance payment in USD against his order. Now customer plan to come to India and collected goods. So kindly clarify below queries.
1. how to ensure the export obligation?
2.Pls suggest if any alternative way to handle this?

1 Your customer take care of export obligations you need not worry.
2 Your customer may require your goods for further processing in India or for use in India.

Sir in future if RBI ask the export details against foreign inward remittance? in the above case what are proofs/documents require to obtain from the customer

Get the order amended to deliver the goods in India if possible otherwise get letter to this.
