Dear all
My brother received salary in newzealand, but he is resident(ordinary resident) person for A.Y. 2015-16. There was treaty between india and new zealand govt., on which relief u/s 90 can be claimed. Doubt is who can i convert foreign currency (salary) into indian rupee for tax calculation.
Please reply it is very urgent...

you should ideally convert the salary on the basis of SBI TT buying rate on each receipt date.
