A payment has been done for a expense of 1500$ on 10DEC08 but Bill was recieved on Date 28 Dec 08. Than which date rate should be taken into consideration.

When creating a provsion for quaretr ended decemebr, 28th Dec date need to be considered.
Payment date is to be considered for booking payment entry...
Difference will be exchange fluctuation...
But net impact would be same. Only account head will change...
