i have got a proposal from a bank in which they have asked me to quote the fees that i will charge for fixed assets verification can you guide me how to quote for the same

Hi,
Generally this audit is carried out on half yearly basis. In my opinion Rs. 5000/- per visit will be reasonable. This much is generally given by the banks. Also see the nature of fixed assets to be verified, conditions by bank & scope of audit before quoting fees.
