i had registered for my articleship from 3-Jan-11. Can you please let me know what is the final date for the registration to appear in Nov-13 attempt of final examination?

I will suggest you to register in final exam. The student eligible to appear in Final exam after completing of 30 months training.
In your case, if you register himself in final you will be eligible to appear in Nov, 2013 attempt.
