A person who is working as an intermediary,which ITR form to be filed,he don't have any employer,he don't have any business,he just purchases the item from one person and sell it to other by adding his margin.

It is a business so file ITR 4.

He purchases from one person and sells it by adding margin to others, so it is a trading activity considered as business.
