26 December 2012 sir ,
my franking date is 31-10-2012 ,but i have joined the firm on 27-12-2012. is it possible to submit the same form with some late fee...although my attempt get postponed

Yes you can file Form-102 and 103 with late payment for register you articles.

27 December 2012 but sir i am registering with todays date and not the back date.....then also i have to pay the late fee.....?

Ok...You have right to file such deeds and Forms with in 30 days from the commencement of training without any late payment. If you have join on 27.12.2012 then u will file documents with Institute within 26.01.2013.
