25 April 2018 sir one of my client filled ITR and make the payment of tax for the FY 2015-2016 and 2016-2017 and the due date of filling itr is gone
So is there any way form which i can get the refund of such amount pls suggest me the better option.

FY 15-16 and 16-17 due date and end of the date is closed... No way for filing ITR except any notice from ITD or any refund related...

25 April 2018 Ohh sorry sir actually itr is not filled but make payment of tax then he come to know that date is over ..so any way to get refund of tax

13 May 2018 First file an application with the jurisdictional Commissioner of Income-Tax seeking condonation of delay in filing the return. The application should mention in detail the reasons for not filing the return within the due date. Once the condonation application is accepted by the Commissioner and an order condoning the delay is passed by the Commissioner, then you can file the income tax return online. A copy of the order is required to be attached on the e filing portal.
