Can anyone help?
If a person hasnot filed return of income for A.Y.2009-2010 i.e. financial year 2008-2009 can return be filed even after 31/03/2011 that is in current year. The belated return in this case can be filed upto 31/03/2011 so is there any grace period for filing return beyond 31/03/2011

No grace period, time period of belated return has been expires i.e. One year from end of relevant assessement year ..
