Filing of returns for nri through representative assessee

ONE NRI Client Very wants to file returns for the through Her Son who is having POA. Should we submit the POA to file the returns as return will be filed through representative Asseesee (SON). The Son i also an NRI

Being son also NRI he can't be representative assessee.
