Sir, I have already filed ITR for FY 2021-22, but missed to file ITR for FY 2020-21 due to some unavoidable reasons. My queries are : 1) May I file ITR U for FY 2020-21 now ? 2) May I claim refund in ITR U ? 3) May I file the ITR U if I am ready to pay required tax/penalty and waive the refund ?
The filing of ITR is required by me for availing bank loan sir .
