Can I file income tax returns for past 6 years from FY 2008-09 to 2013-14 ?
If not then how my tax assessment will be carried out ?
Will there be any penalty for tax evasion by not filing the income tax returns for these periods ?
I am salaried person and form 16 is available for all these period. My salary income is more than 10 lacs.
Please advise.

suo-moto you can only file for AY 2013-14 and AY 2014-15.

If I contact jurisdictional AO , what am I expecting reply ?
