Please guide me on the following, IF POSSIBLE:

Query - Filing of Form MGT-14 for FY 2014-15 for a Pvt Co

What happens, if the company does not file Form MGT-14 pertaining to FY 2014-15 for Disclosure of Directors Interest, Approval of Accounts and Board's Report?

What are the consequences, the company shall have to face, if Form MGT-14 is filed beyond 300 days.

Please advise whether Company shall file Form MGT-14 pertaining to FY 2014-15 (for Disclosure of Directors Interest, Approval of Accounts and Board's Report) and simply treat the matter as closed and initiate steps only, when RoC issues any notice.
