Filing of form 2-allottment of shares

25 November 2013 Dear Sir/Madam,
My Query is can we file form 2(Return of allotment) for year 2013-14, before filing annual returns (Form 23AC,ACA & 20B) for the year 2012-13.

Date of allotment is 15/10/2013

Please clarify my doubt at the earliest.

25 November 2013 Yes you can file form-2.

The Form-23AC, ACA will relate for the period ended 31.03.2013 and Form-20B will be for the period ended on date of AGM.

Both filing above documents you can file Form-2.

25 November 2013 You can do so.

File Form-2. It is event based.

When you file Form-2 you will fill the details as of date of allotment.

When you file Form 23AC & ACA you will not give any details of such allotment.
