14 September 2015 sir,
I am suppose to work for one local school for their IT related work from july 2015 as far as filing of their quarterly e-tds I came to know that they have neither filed e-tds statement for first qtr ending jun 2015 nor any tds is deducted and remitted as well. now my query is while filing e-tds for second qtr whether i am suppose to show only salary paid amounts of teachers for month of july,aug and sep OR i can add the salary figures of apr,may and jun also to have exact amt of salaries paid in a year in form 16 as on mar 2016.OR i can file e-tds qtrly statement pertaining to only july,aug and sep ? pl advice vd kulkarni solapur

16 September 2015 You can file any quarter's return at any time.. But only thing is 234E penalty applicability... So file with in the due date.
