Filing of ca appointment

Ours is a private limited company but our company has not filed ca appointment letter as yet. Please let me know how much penalty we will have to pay so that we should be able to recover from our company secretary.

Penalty can be initiated u/s.147 which is 25,000 to 5,00,000 apart from additional filing fee.
