Dear sir,
our client was not filed ROC forms(23CA&ACA)for the FY2012-13,13-14,14-15
so guide me to file these forms

For 12 -13 & 13-14:-
1.Forms are available in http://www.mca.gov.in/MCA21/AnnualFiling.html
2. Down load, fill up, prepare the required attachments.
3. The documents as in (2) above may be attached to e-form GNL-2 and to be e-filed.
For 14-15 :-
1. To e-file form MGT-7 and form AOC-4.
