My query is :
1. Is it mandatory under Companies Act 2013 to file Form ADT-1 with ROC with regard to Appointment of Auditors in case of Private Limited Companies ?
If the Form is not filed till date what are the consequences ?

Yes, pvt ltd companies also have to e-file form ADT-1.
