10 June 2015 As section 117 (3) (g) no more applicable to private limited co., whether MBP-1 received by the pvt. company in first board meeting to be filed with ROC??
Section 184 is regarding disclosure by director, could not find any provision reg. filing..
Even rule 9(1) do not ask for filing...!!!

Some sincere discussion is sought...
