If one of the director send their resignation letter to the Company on 23/07/08 anddate of board meeting is yet decided. Then 30 Days of fileing of form 32 is conunted from Date of Resignation or Date od Board Meeting
11 August 2008
It will be from the day the Board accepts the resignation.
