24 July 2012 Hi Friends, I got an e-mail from CPC to pay 25K with regard to the income tax calculation of AY 2009-10. I checked my F16 and ITR-V but all the calculations showed 0 amount payable. I called CPC and as per their instruction, I got the intimation letter for that FY. My situation is as below.
1. I have filed ITR2 instead of ITR1 for FY 2009-10.
2. Intimation hasn's considered my HRA, Conveyance and 80c (1 Lakh: LIC + Mutual Fund + Housing Loan Principal + EPF).
3. The only reductions shown are Housing Loan interest and Medi Claim.

Please help me to sort this out. Your help is highly appreciated.
