If your ITR1 has been rejected because your income was classified under sections 194JB and 194C (rather than as salary), you likely need to file a different tax return. While you may not have a formal business, the TDS deductions indicate your income is treated as business or professional income. In this situation, you should consider filing ITR 4 or ITR 3, as ITR 1 is not appropriate for these types of income.

The TDS deducted by both the agencies are for business activities and not as SALARY. You need to file ITR 4 for ITR 3; as ITR 1 is not suitable to it.
