23 July 2024 Sir,
I am working in India, My agency has put my salary under 194JB and 194C for IT.
Hence my ITR1 was rejected, which form should i fill.

23 July 2024 File ITR 4 & declare the income under two categories, one professional income and second as business income.

23 July 2024 Sir, these are two agencies that i worked with.one put it in 194JB and other in 194C for IT. I dont have a business running .
Should i still nees to file ITR4.

23 July 2024 The TDS deducted by both the agencies are for business activities and not as SALARY. You need to file ITR 4 for ITR 3; as ITR 1 is not suitable to it.
