I WANT TO KNOW WHAT IS THE FEE FOR LATE FILLING OF FORM 23B IN MCA 21PORTAL AFTER THE DUE DATE (23/12/2012).PLEASE ANYONE HELP ME IN THIS REGARDS.

If the delay in filing of Form-23b is within 30 days from due date then additional fee will be paid 2 time of normal fee.

If you appointed an auditor on 23/12/2012 then you will file such Form without additional fee till 29/01/2013.

07 January 2013 Filing fee has to be paid as per schedule X of the Companies Act,1956. If delayed beyond 30 days, additional filing fee has also to be paid ranging from 2 to 9 times of normal filing fee depending on the number of days delay.
