26 June 2012 It is based on Authorised Share Capital limit.

Rs. 1,00,000/- to less than Rs. 5,00,000/- - Rs 200

Rs. 5,00,000/- to less than Rs. 25,00,000/- - Rs 300

Rs. 25,00,000/- or more - Rs 500

These are normal fees will be charged as applicable.
