please tell what fee is charged by registrar if a pvt ltd co. wants to alter its share capital from 1 crore to 1.5 crore or 2crore
please tell its urgent

12 July 2012 For Increase of authorized share capital, you have to file e-Form 5 with concerned ROC.

ROC FEES

From Rs. 1 Cr to Rs. 1.5 Cr- Rs. 25,000/-
From Rs. 1 Cr to Rs. 2 Cr- Rs. 50,000/-

stamp duty in maharashtra
From Rs. 1 Cr to Rs. 1.5 Cr- Rs. 10,000/-
From Rs. 1 Cr to Rs. 2 Cr- Rs. 20,000/-

Payment of stamp duty for increase of authorised capital being paid with filing of eForm No.5 with respect to State of National Capital Territory of Delhi is made optional as there is no provision in the Delhi Stamp Act for payment of stamp duty on increased authorised capital.

Registration fee payable to ROC on increased authorised capital is as follow:

1.From 1 cr to 1.5 = Rs.25000/-
2. From 1 cr to 2.0 cr = Rs. 50000/-
