1) Applicability of FBT on Expenditure incurred by employer in providing electricity in employees colony.
2) Can FBT can be paid on concessional electricity provided to employees instead of adding the perquisite in the hands of employees ( so as to avoid calculations for perquisite value in hands of employee). CALCULATION OF PERQUISITE IS VERY CUMBERSOME(IMPOSSIBLE) DUE TO RECOVERY RATE AND CHARGEABLE RATE AND STATE RATE DIFFERENCES.
