24 September 2008 My Client has been Paying Fixed Allowances to their employees as Conveyance,Mobile & Fooding.Whether it will attract FBT Liability?if it than guide it.

24 September 2008 If your client considers the allowance as part of the salary and hence subjects them to tax then FBT is not applicable.
