Failure of refund

A person was failed to get his refund due to his unavailability at home.His refund voucher got cancelled.After 3 months he put a refund reissue request from income tax website.Now after 1 month status is showing "NO SUCH ADDRESS". What should be the next step to get his refund properly.Pls help!!

All the refunds are sent by speed post, not sure how the speed post authorities cases can report back no such address.
You can take the reference of speed post no. from Tin-nsdl website and contact your post office and find out the reason for non delivery and misinformation to ITD.
Post this you can apply for refund reissue based on feedback form post office.
