26 February 2011 DEAR SIR ONE OF MY FRIEND WAS CAUGHT RED HANDED IN COPYING IN CA-FINAL EXAM AND HE WAS DEBARRED FOR FOUR ATTEMPTS IN SITTNG CA-FINAL EXAM NOW HE ELIGIBLE TO SIT IN MAY 2011 CA FINAL EXAMS. HE IS WORRYING ABOUT THAT IF HE APPEARS IN THE FORTHCOMING CA-FINAL EXAMS INSTITUTE MIGHT DELIBERATELY FAIL HIM IN EXAMS BY LOOKING HIS PAST COPY CASE MATTERS. PLEASE HELP ITS VERY URGENT

26 February 2011 Its very sad to read that even such practices r adopted to pass c.a exam. But ur frnd can b rest assured if he writes exams well nd his answer to the questions meet the examiners requirement he will pass. There r no such practice followed by icai by delebrately failing or passing students based on their past records. So not to worry.
