Check process of employee deactivation,
Employees clearance process from each dept.,
Process involved in safeguarding companies assets,
Recovering of Advance & Loan given to employees,
Final payment in Payroll,
Deactivation of Employee in HR & Payroll records,
Employees acceptance,
Issue of relieving letter.

he resigne on 1st aug 2013.
(with a notice period of one month.)
and he leave the company on 31st aug 2013.
we recieved the fnf on 16th dec 2013 for auditing.
