we are a company received export order in name A but its payment transferred from outside india from an money exchange to our bank in an another name other than purchase oreder name what is its implication or how to we preapare export document

Indian Forex regulations do not permit netting of funds. So, receipts are to be from the customer to whom you exported.
However, in case of small value of less than USD 5000, it should not be a big issue.
Else, you need to have a contractual relation with such third party also in some form at some stage of transaction.
