hello sir ,
My Friend registered in company secretary after expiry of his denovo registration is there any chance to continue to another denovo.what is the due date for denovo registration .

Yes you can go for 2nd denovo, as denovo is for maximum period of 1year, so if he is not able to give or pass in the remaining 2attempts its better to renew the registration, for 5yr period.
