Exemption under section 129 of companies act 2013

02 May 2016 when can the Central government may grant exemption to a company from complying with the provisions of sec 129 ?
What may be the reason for such exemption plz explain it with "example"
Is there any particular application form required for claimimg the exemption

03 May 2016 It depends on Central Government. I guess it can not be done on the application. Even, Central Govt. can do that only if they consider it necessary in the public interest.
