Assessee has sold two properties and invested the sale proceeds of both the properties in one residential house, for the calculation of exemption U/s 54F sale proceeds of both the house should be considered? whether he can take exemption for capital gain arising on sale of both the properties? Please note other conditions of the section is satisfied.

If the other conditions of the said section are satisfied, then the assessee can take the benefit of 54F, no matter the assessee derives capital gain from one or two properties or more.
