Agricultural income is generally considered exempt from GST. You typically don't need to amend your GST registration to include it unless you're trading specific food grains not listed. While it's not usually shown in GSTR1, it can be declared in your annual GST returns (9 and 9C) if applicable or if you opt to do so.

Normally agricultural income coming in books of account are shown in 9 and 9C in case it is covered under GST audit. if it is not then it is at your option to declare it in 9. GST registration need not be amended unless there is some specific food grains trading which is not shown in registration certificate.
