28 August 2011 sir plz tell me "excise paid on purchase" ka credit milta hai na on "excise recieved on sales" ?

plz reply me as soon as possible.

28 August 2011 excise paid on purchase can be taken as input credit by manufacturing unit if the unit is not availing any value based exemtion and paying duty on all clearances.
