Dear All,
I want to know whether there is any excise payable on HS Code: 40151900
Product Name: Latex Medical Examination Gloves.
We get in bulk bags and repack into OEM after importing.
Kindly tell whether we have to pay any excise duty on the above or is it exempted.

This products are not come under the provision of deemed manufacture. Labeling or re-labeling are not come under the deemed manufacture for the chapter heading 40. No need to pay excise duty for labeling or relabeling.
