Dear sir
While export the excisable goods should i charge excise duty in export invoice or not. If not then do we need to execute ant bond etc. For non payment of duty on exports,

The duty of excise will not be applicable on export of goods. Your entity is not clear that you are a merchant exporter or manufacturer. Both are exempt from duty but you need to follow some procedure.
