16 April 2011 i started my articleship on 27-3-09 and have taken 6 months of leave since then but the max no of days of leave allowed is 156 days. I wanted to know if i am eligible to go for industrial training from 27-4-11. Is leave calculated as 1/6 of the period served or 1/6 of 3 years?

25 May 2012 1. Calculate the total period served.
2. Calculate the total leaves availed.
3. Calculate the difference between 1 & 2.
4. Divide the result by 6
5. This will give you your eligible leaves.
6. Difference between eligible leaves and actual leaves is excess or short leaves.
