Excess ED paid

If a company stock Transfers it's goods to other branches at Pricelist price+ Ed and at branches it sells to customers at lesser price than the stock transfer price,so we are collecting lesser ED from the customers.Whether the company can claim Refund of excess ED paid

At the time of removal duty amount has to be assesed. In this particular case, the value will be the value prevailing at the depot at the time of removal of goods from the factory. Any fluctuation in price in depot is not relevant.
However, i could not understand why are you paying duty on price list. If you give the details, probably some useful information can be given.
