Kindly suggest me we can avail the benefit under central excise notification 08/2003 (SSI Exception ) and 01/2011 ( clearness on excise duty rate 2%)

You can avail the SSI exemption limit and after that you need to pay duty @ of 2% vide notification no. 1/2011.

Thanks sir; but the excise officer said you can only one benifit ssi or 01/2011
