09 February 2012 Once exam center opted no chance to change it. Only ICAI has the right to change the exam center due to the insufficient capacity of the center according to the opted students for such center. Generally each attempt we have saw the announcement by ICAI relating to the change of examination center in Chennai, Delhi, Kolkatta like such big cities. Also in the terms and conditions of the ICAI for examination it would be noticed exam center once opted no chance to change in any case at condition no 11.
