04 February 2010 Suppose I have given only law paper of first group (ippc) and I got 58 and in other papers absent.
Will 8 marks will be set off for group II?

04 February 2010 No this is simply not possible.

Reason 1: For set off atleast 60 marks are necessary.

Reason 2: Presence in all the papers is mandatory to claim exemption.

But If U Got 60 Marks in Law, Then no Need to giv reexam in next attempt. as exemption u wil get..

04 February 2010 not possible, even you got 60 marks in Law and you absent any one paper of that group then you can not eligible to get exemption. please take care...
