Eway Bill, e invoice and manual invoice

29 November 2022 Good evening sir/madam, i have a query regarding conflict between eway Bill e-invoice and Manual invoice, Fact of the case is that one of Register Taxable person who is required to generate e invoice , at the time of urgency he has issued a manual invoice and on the basis of that he has generated eway bill and after 4 to 5 hour he generates e invoice now enforcement officer seized our vehicle and imposed penalty of 2times of GST.. Please helpe how should I defend this

30 November 2022 Einvoice should be available at the time of removal of goods, now days ewaybill will generate according to einvoice credential.
