10 November 2011 ESIC act is applicable for our company wef from april 2010 but we have applied for ESIC no in june2010 and got registered in september 2010. However the co. paid the esic contribution from(Employees & Employers) in december 2010. Now the question is whether employee contribution from april 2010 to september 2010 will get disallowed under IT act since paid in dec.2010. and the due date to pay is 21st day of following month. Pls advice.
