01 September 2010 there is any Compulsory Deduction of esi and PF for Private ltd Company ,
Or There is any limt under Company act ?

01 September 2010 Yes. if a company employed 20 or more emplyees - pf will apply mandatory, If a company employer 10 or more persons- ESI will apply mandatory

09 September 2010 Under Companies act no such provision like mandatory applicability of PF & esi even less number of employees
